At Baltimore Up, Inc., our mission is to empower, educate, and elevate the Baltimore community.

Through hands-on learning, essential resources, and uplifting events, we help individuals and families move forward with confidence and hope.

While empowering minds to create brighter futures, we believe knowledge sparks lasting change. Through education, mentorship, and skill-building, we help youth and adults gain the tools and confidence to grow personally and professionally. 

• Workshops & Training — Learn financial literacy, budgeting, entrepreneurship basics, and job readiness (resume building, interview prep, networking skills).

• Youth Empowerment Programs — Mentorship and leadership training to prepare the next generation for success.

• Empowerment Circles — Safe and supportive spaces for women and men to build confidence, share experiences, and strengthen leadership.

Providing essentials with dignity and hope, we meet immediate needs while helping individuals connect with ongoing support and long-term stability. 

• Food Pantry & Clothing Drives — Supplying nonperishable food and essential clothing to families and individuals.

• Care Packages — Providing hygiene items and comfort essentials to homeless neighbors and seniors.

• Back-to-School Giveaways — Equipping children with the supplies they need to succeed. 

• Holiday Gift Giveaways — Bringing joy, and generosity to families during the holidays.

• Pop-Up Fairs — Featuring community resources, inspirational talks, and encouragement. 

• Ice Cream Socials — Fun, family-friendly gatherings that foster connection.

• Neighborhood Mixers — Casual meetups that create space for collaboration and friendship.

• Christian Fellowship Socials - Casual meetups for Christian Believers. Events to offer support, encourage spiritual growth.
